Acceptable Use Policy

Adults, consent and truthful profiles

Flush is for adults aged 18 and older. Do not apply for or use an account on behalf of a minor. Do not misstate your age or identity, impersonate another person, use stolen photographs or create misleading profiles. Only upload material you own or have permission to share.

Respect consent at every stage. No one owes a reply, introduction, date, intimacy or continued contact. Stop contact when someone declines. Do not evade a block, restriction or removal.

Prohibited conduct and content

• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, and facilitating or encouraging any such conduct.
• Abuse, threats, coercion, stalking, harassment, extortion, violence, hate directed at a person or protected group, or aiding or abetting abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, pornography, or advertising sexual encounters or paid sexual services.
• Fraud, financial solicitation, requests for money or credentials, impersonation, scams, misleading commercial promotions or payments in exchange for dating.
• Sharing another person's private information without permission, scraping profiles, unauthorized access, malicious software or attempts to defeat safety controls.

Planned date chat

These rules also apply to in-app messages. The planned beta chat allows short conversation and arrival coordination around a confirmed date. Do not pressure someone to move off-platform, share contact details or continue communicating. Continued messaging after the date will require both members to opt in; consent to chat is not consent to a date or intimacy.

Block, Report and Contact Flush are being implemented. Blocking will stop communication immediately, and reporting will remain available after sending closes. Chat will not be continuously monitored. Closing the chat window will not immediately delete evidence; retention and access rules will be published before launch.

Report a concern

Contact support@flushdating.com with a brief description and relevant account or conversation identifiers, if available. Do not email illegal imagery, government-ID scans or complete payment-card information. We will tell you if a safer evidence channel is needed. You can report a concern even if you no longer wish to participate.

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; in the United States, call 911. Flush support is not an emergency service and is not represented as monitored continuously. Suspected child exploitation can also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

Review and enforcement

Reports may lead to human review, requests for clarification, content removal, account restrictions or exclusion from the service. We consider the available information and applicable reporting and preservation requirements. Contact support to request review of a decision. See our law-enforcement protocols.

The member application is still being implemented. This policy does not claim that automated moderation, identity verification or in-app reporting systems are already operating. Before member activation, the applicable safeguards and ways to report and block will be explained.
