Email us about the NYC launch, waitlist, planned membership, privacy, cancellations or a safety concern. Include the email address you used with Flush and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, identity documents or illegal imagery by email.

Support is founder-managed by Jeremy Andrews. The private-beta procedure calls for checking the support inbox and report queue daily, targeting an initial response within 24 hours and an appeal response within seven calendar days. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution times or round-the-clock monitoring. Complex cases may take longer; we explain the next step and update date. For immediate danger call local emergency services, including 911 in the United States.
