Who we are and the current launch stage

Flush Dating Inc. operates this website. Our address is 282 Katonah Avenue, Unit 1003, Katonah, NY 10536, United States. Contact support@flushdating.com.

Flush is preparing an invitation-only dating and matchmaking service for adults aged 18 and older, initially in New York City, including Brooklyn. The website currently explains the planned service and launch offers. Joining a waitlist does not activate a membership, guarantee admission or purchase an introduction, date or reservation. Matching, reservations and paid membership are not open through this website.

Eligibility and respectful use

You must be at least 18 to apply or participate. Provide accurate information about yourself, use only information and photographs you are entitled to share, and respect other people's boundaries and decisions. Do not impersonate another person or create a deceptive profile.

Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, abuse, and aiding, abetting, encouraging or facilitating any such conduct are prohibited. Do not use Flush for coercion, harassment, threats, stalking, fraud, non-consensual sexual content, paid sexual services or other unlawful activity. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these rules and how to report concerns.

The planned service

Flush combines an app with founder-assisted introductions and date coordination. Participation and each introduction depend on mutual suitability and consent. A restaurant proposal is not a confirmed reservation until Flush confirms that it has been secured. Membership does not guarantee a relationship, another person's conduct or a particular restaurant. Verification is not a guarantee of safety.

Meals are separate from membership and paid directly to restaurants under the arrangement agreed by the participants. Paying for a meal creates no romantic, physical or continuing obligation. Flush does not pay people to date, transfer payments between members or sell sexual services.

In-app date chat: planned for beta

Your date chat is planned to open two hours before a confirmed reservation and close to new messages two hours after its scheduled start. Say hello, coordinate your arrival, and save the getting-to-know-you for the table. This feature is being developed for both Table and Signature; the beta timing may change with clear notice.

Chat will show your match's revealed photo and username, without displaying legal names or personal contact details by default. Text and arrival updates are planned; photos, attachments, links, calls and live-location sharing will not be available initially. You will not need to exchange phone numbers or use another messaging service to attend your date.

Cancellation will notify both members and close sending. Blocking will immediately stop communication; reporting will remain available. A mutually confirmed reschedule will move the chat window. Continued in-app messaging afterward will require both members to opt in and will remain subject to blocking and reporting.

Closing a chat will stop new messages rather than immediately erase report evidence. The applicable retention and access rules will be disclosed before chat launches. Block, Report and Contact Flush are planned within the app. Member chat will not be continuously monitored, and these controls do not guarantee safety.

Prices, subscriptions and separate date requirements

The pricing page and founding offer describe the announced launch offers. Before any paid activation, we will provide the applicable service terms, price, billing frequency, cancellation information and any legally required notices for affirmative acceptance. Free access does not automatically convert to paid membership, and the founding offer does not automatically increase to a higher price.

Any proposed attendance authorization is separate from membership and meals. It is not active through this website. It requires separate disclosure, member authorization, completed safeguards and payment-provider approval before use. Visiting this site or accepting these website terms does not authorize a card hold or charge.

Your information, concerns and changes

See our Privacy information, Cancellation and refund information and Contact page. We may restrict use that violates these rules. You may ask for a review by contacting support. Reporting abuse or declining an introduction does not remove your consumer rights.

These website terms do not replace the separate membership agreement that must be supplied before a paid service begins. Mandatory cancellation, refund, privacy and other consumer rights continue to apply. We will publish material changes here; changes to a paid offer require the disclosures and agreement applicable to that offer.
