Contact and scope

Send requests concerning Flush Dating Inc. to support@flushdating.com with "Law enforcement request" in the subject. Identify the requesting authority, official contact details, jurisdiction, legal basis and relevant account identifiers. Describe the information sought and the date range. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.

This is an intake channel, not a waiver of formal service requirements or a promise that every request is legally sufficient. We assess the authority, authenticity, scope and applicable legal requirements before disclosure, and may seek clarification or appropriate legal review. We disclose only information lawfully available and required or otherwise legally permitted for the request.

Urgent threats

For an imminent threat, contact emergency services first. An authority contacting Flush should clearly identify the emergency, the risk to a person, the information needed and a verifiable official callback channel. Emergency disclosure is assessed under applicable law. This inbox is not represented as staffed 24 hours a day and is not a substitute for emergency services.

Preservation and confidentiality

Authorities requesting preservation should identify the relevant accounts, records, period and legal basis. We assess legally valid preservation requests and obligations for records in our possession. Preservation does not mean disclosure, and we cannot promise records that were never collected or no longer exist. We consider applicable notification duties and lawful restrictions on notifying affected people.

Exploitation and abuse

Flush prohibits human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation and abuse. Information indicating suspected illegal exploitation is reviewed for applicable reporting, preservation and cooperation obligations, including reporting to the NCMEC CyberTipline when required. The public can report suspected child exploitation at report.cybertip.org. Do not download, reproduce or email suspected child sexual abuse imagery to Flush.

Operational status

Flush is preparing its private beta. Requests are handled through the business contact and human review; this page does not claim an automated law-enforcement portal, around-the-clock response team or access to uncollected member records.
