This notice describes the information FlushDating Inc. collects through this waitlist. It does not cover a future membership application or dating service.

What you share

We collect your first name, email address, confirmation that you are at least 18, and permission to send NYC launch updates. We record when you joined and the consent wording you accepted. Campaign labels in the page URL may tell us which promotion brought you here. We do not ask for your birth date, identity documents or payment details in this form.

Why we use it

We use these details to manage the NYC waitlist, send the launch updates you requested, respond to support requests and understand which promotions bring people to the waitlist. Joining does not create a paid membership.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist records are stored in our website database, hosted by Fortrabbit. We use Brevo to manage launch email updates. Authorized people and service providers may process the information to operate these services. This website does not load advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

Essential technical information

The form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. Hosting systems may keep technical request logs. For submission rate limits, we use a keyed hash of the network address that expires within 30 minutes; the form does not store your raw network address in its waitlist record.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a launch email or contact support@flushdating.com to withdraw permission, request access, correct your details or ask us to delete your waitlist record. We keep waitlist details while managing the launch unless you ask us to remove them. We may retain the minimum suppression information needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
