No payment for the waitlist

The public waitlist is free and does not require a card. There is no waitlist fee to refund and no automatic conversion to paid membership. Contact support@flushdating.com to withdraw or ask about your information.

Before paid membership opens

Paid membership is not open through this website. Before activation we will provide the applicable contract, cancellation instructions, refund terms and required consumer notices for affirmative acceptance. This page is not an authorization to begin billing.

The announced founding offer permits cancellation of future monthly renewals without a six-month minimum commitment. Free beta does not automatically become paid, and the founding rate does not automatically increase. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available and cannot be waived by these website policies.

How to contact us about a charge

Email support@flushdating.com with your account email, transaction date and receipt reference, if available. Do not send full card numbers. Tell us whether you want future billing stopped, a charge reviewed, or both. We will review the request under the terms supplied for that purchase and applicable law. We do not publish a blanket "all sales final" rule.

Meals and proposed attendance authorizations

Restaurant purchases are paid directly to the venue, and the venue handles its own meal-billing questions. A proposed attendance authorization is separate from membership and remains inactive pending provider approval and finalized terms. If introduced, its release, capture conditions, safety exceptions and review process must be disclosed and specifically accepted before authorization. An authorization release is different from refunding a captured payment.
