Current website and waitlist

The existing Waitlist Privacy Notice describes the information collected when the waitlist is available, launch communications, providers, retention and individual requests. It remains the detailed notice for those activities. Its analytics section explains optional website analytics and choices.

If you contact support, we use the information you provide to respond, investigate the issue and maintain appropriate business records. Please limit your message to what is needed. Do not send identity documents, passwords, complete card details or illegal imagery by ordinary email.

Planned member information

The member service is still being implemented. It is planned to use profile information, photos, compatibility answers, preferences, introduction decisions and date-coordination information. Age/identity and phone verification are planned before member activation; they are not represented as already operating for every website visitor.

Before collecting member information for an active service, we will provide the applicable notice explaining the actual data, verification and payment providers, recipients, retention and choices. Visiting this website is not consent to share a private member profile, questionnaire or identity document with prospective dates, restaurants or marketing partners.

Planned in-app messaging

The beta is planned to include date chat around a confirmed reservation, with continued messaging only after both members opt in. Chat will display a revealed profile photo and username; legal names and personal contact details will remain private by default. Anything you choose to type can be read by the recipient, so avoid sharing information you want to keep private.

Message content, timestamps and relevant block or report records will be needed to provide chat and investigate reports. Closing the sending window will not immediately delete the conversation. Before chat becomes available, we will publish the retention period, who can access retained messages, deletion rules and any legal-preservation exceptions. Those details are still being finalized; no indefinite retention period or automatic deletion deadline is promised here.

Member chat will not be continuously monitored. A separate Contact Flush option is planned for assistance. These features are under development and are not represented as already available through this website.

Requests, safety and lawful disclosure

Contact support about access, correction, withdrawal, deletion or other privacy rights. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Applicable legal preservation or disclosure obligations may affect what can be deleted or shared; our law-enforcement protocols explain how requests are assessed. We do not promise anonymity from legally valid requests.

Flush is intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe information about a minor has been submitted, contact support so it can be assessed and handled appropriately.
