Founding membership terms

Availability and contracting party
Flush Dating Inc., 282 Katonah Avenue, Unit 1003, Katonah, NY 10536, United States, is the service provider. Contact support@flushdating.com. Paid membership is not open. These are the announced direct-billed founding terms; reading them or joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or authorize payment.
The offer and what it covers
The first 100 accepted paying founding members are offered US $49 per month for six calendar months from paid activation, billed monthly. There is no six-month prepayment or minimum commitment. The intended service combines profile-based introductions, mutual date decisions and founder-assisted restaurant coordination. Membership does not guarantee a relationship, another member's conduct, acceptance of a proposal or a particular restaurant. Meals and drinks are excluded and paid directly to the restaurant. Applicable taxes must be shown before acceptance.
The completed agreement must identify the available membership tier, its actual entitlements, service area, accepted travel preferences and activation date before payment. Only a service that Flush can supply may be sold. Missing or unfinished features will not be represented as included and available. Safety and privacy procedures apply to every member.
Monthly billing and the end of the founding period
Each billing period is one calendar month, with renewal only under the separately accepted billing authorization. Before consent, the purchase screen must show the charge including applicable tax, billing frequency, next renewal date, cancellation deadline and cancellation mechanism. A retainable copy of the accepted agreement and renewal terms must be provided promptly.
Members can stop future renewal before the next charge without a six-month commitment. At the end of the six-calendar-month founding period, another price or continued paid service requires explicit acceptance. There is no automatic increase to US $149 per month. Without that acceptance, paid renewal stops. A paused membership must not silently restart billing.
Free access is separate
The announced invitation-only eight-week free beta and eligible student fee waiver are separate from this paid offer. Free access does not automatically convert to a subscription. No card is required merely to join the waitlist, and joining it does not guarantee admission.
Cancellation, refunds, pauses and relocation
The cancellation and refund policy permits either stopping renewal while using the paid period or immediate termination with an unused-time refund. It also explains the initial New York cancellation right, correction of improper charges, service-failure refunds, disability, death and relocation outside the service area.
A New York purchaser may request in writing a membership hold of up to one year. A longer hold of no more than two years may be agreed. No new membership charge or introduction will occur during an agreed hold; any restart and the treatment of unused paid time must be clearly confirmed. Statutory rights take precedence over any inconsistent term.
Information and consent
Profile, questionnaire and other private information will not be sold, assigned or transferred without the purchaser's prior written consent where required. The completed member privacy notice must identify the actual information, recipients, purposes, verification providers, retention and deletion process before collection or sharing. Consent to a particular introduction or restaurant arrangement does not authorize unrelated disclosure.
When a covered New York membership contract or service ends, the applicable return or prompt destruction/deletion and certification requirements must be honored, subject to a specific legal requirement or court order requiring retention. A general wish to retain data or an account suspension is not a substitute for those requirements. The corresponding provider and backup handling must be verified before paid activation.
Required contract documents before activation
Before a New York member signs, Flush must supply a completed, clear and conspicuous agreement in a form the member can retain, the required cancellation notice and the separate Dating Service Consumer Bill of Rights. The agreement must record the transaction date, the relevant cancellation deadline, seller details, accepted offer and applicable referral/travel terms. These documents are required in addition to this public summary.
The contract must address the applicable remedies if referrals are not provided, the service-area relocation policy and the purchaser's cancellation and hold rights. The precise classification of Flush's founder-assisted service and any statutory exceptions must be resolved in the completed contract. See New York's social-referral service requirements and automatic-renewal requirements.
Separate attendance authorizations
The proposed US $25 attendance authorization remains inactive. It is not part of the membership fee and is not authorized by these terms. It may only be introduced after provider approval, completed safeguards, clear capture/release and exception terms, and the member's separate consent. Flush does not transfer money between members or sell sexual services.
Before any charge
Paid activation depends on Stripe's approval, completed onboarding and privacy safeguards, a completed accepted contract, and verified billing, cancellation, hold and refund behavior. The current restricted internal beta is not evidence that these paid workflows have launched.
